EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Maison Bafelli holds its craftsmanship to the highest standard. If your acquisition does not perfectly align with your expectations, our Client Concierge will facilitate a seamless return.

The 30-Day Guarantee Clients may request a complimentary return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return To maintain the integrity of our collection, all returned pieces must be in flawless, unworn, and factory-mint condition.

• All original BAFELLI tags and security seals must remain strictly attached and untampered.

• The piece must be returned in its original dust bag and protective packaging.

• Any item exhibiting signs of wear, altered hardware, or detached tags will be respectfully declined and sent back to the client.
